This Refund Policy applies to all products and services purchased through www.wearitmilano.com.
1. STYLING SERVICES
Deposit
All styling services require a partial deposit to confirm the appointment.
The booking is secured only once the deposit has been received.
If the deposit is not paid, Wear.it Milano cannot guarantee the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@wearitmilano.com.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled appointment
→ 100 percent refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the appointment
→ 50 percent refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment
→ No refund.
No show
→ 100 percent of the total service fee remains due and payable.
Rescheduling
One rescheduling request is permitted free of charge if requested more than 48 hours before the appointment and subject to availability.
Any additional rescheduling may be subject to a fee.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance of the service fee is due on the day of the appointment and in any case no later than seven calendar days after the appointment date.
Failure to pay within seven days constitutes contractual breach.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS INCLUDING TEMPLATES
All digital products sold by Wear.it Milano are non refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Editable Canva templates
• Seasonal color analysis templates
• Body shape templates
• Digital styling guides
• Downloadable analyses
• Digital portfolios
• Online files and resources
Due to the nature of digital content, once access is granted or the download has started, it cannot be returned.
By completing the purchase of any digital product, the customer expressly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo).
No refunds will be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Lack of software knowledge
• Failure to read product description
• Business results not meeting expectations

3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Where applicable, customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receiving the returned goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Personalized or custom made items
• Perishable goods
• Sealed goods not suitable for return once opened
• Gift cards
• Sale items where explicitly stated
4. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
